Shattered

A shattered unit loses all cohesion and scatters, fleeing in all directions if possible. If there is nowhere to flee, the remainder of the unit becomes either casualties or prisoners as their enemy chooses. Any unit it is engaged with automatically deals damage as though it hit the unit as it shatters. If an engaged unit chooses to pursue, it instead deals double damage, moves into the shattered unit's tile, and gains the pursuing condition for 1 round (if multiple units choose to pursue, only one unit moves). Regardless of the outcome a shattered unit cannot recover, and is removed for the remainder of the battle.
