King Carloman Halfdan

King Carloman has ruled over Wastland with an iron fist for 37 years. His reign has seen the Kingdom in a state of perpetual conflict, whether it be fighting Wastland's enemies to the north or the east, war has been a staple of Wastlander life for an entire generation. King Carloman has kept his kingdom together through fear and the strength of his mighty legions, forcing the people to pay exorbitant taxes to keep his iron grip on the realm stable. The Kings wife, Queen Ari of Kergus, has solidified an alliance with the two kingdoms in the last five years, and has allowed King Carloman to divert his attention to the east, towards the Golden Sea.
