Chronias

Chronias is the seventh and final layer of the Outer Plane of Mount Celestia. It is thought that the ultimate goal of the inhabitants of Mount Celestia is to ascend the layers one by one in order to reach Chronias, where their souls will join with the essence of the plane itself.

Geography

Little is known of the structure of Chronias, as nothing has ever been recorded by the few who have visited and returned. The legends say Chronias is so good and lawful that it glows of its own accord and any who enter have all evil and neutrality burned out of them, leaving them inherently good—if they survived.
