High Windspeaker
The highest ranking Pathfinder, this individual oversees everything related to The Pathfinders. Subordinate Windspeakers seek guidance and counsel with the High Windspeaker, as it is rumored they can interpret the will of the winds of change, ensuring safety and success for Pathfinders everywhere. Aside from guidance and counsel, however, the High Windspeaker usually refrains from interfering in the day-to-day business of their subordinate Windspeakers and their respective guild halls. As such, this position is usually occupied by an elderly Pathfinder; one who has many years of service in the guild, but can no longer enjoy the life of the road. A High Windspeaker holds their position for life, and when a High Windspeaker passes to their eternal rest, the Council of Eleven select a new High Windspeaker from among themselves.
