Stormreader

A Stormreader is the leader of a monastery of Order of the Fist. Each Stormreader is responsible for organizing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of both their monastery and its Temple of Kord, essentially taking on the role of both physical (for training and leadership purposes) and spiritual (for meditation and worship purposes) leader. Because of this, a Stormreader for a monastery of the Order of the Fist is usually a monk who has demonstrated mastery over both their physical and mental self. 
The Stormreader is the highest authority of each monastery, sitting in judgement of any monk (or member of The Fist Accord who breaks Order law. The Stormreader answers only to the most senior Stormreader, known as the Thunderlord, who elevates each Stormreader to their position.
