Thalasia

Thalasia is the fourth layer of the Outer Plane of Elysium. An endless ocean with numerous islands, it is the headwaters and the final destination of the river Oceanus.

Geography

The layer's infinite ocean is peppered with islands with white sand beaches and warm lagoons. Some islands are populated and supported towns and communities of various sizes. The weather on Thalasia varies from cold and windy to warm and calm. The seas can be rough when the weather was windy, but the islands generally enjoy a mild tropical climate.

Notable Locations

Portico - an island town near where the Oceanus flows into Belierin and a common stopping point for travelers.
