The Endless Atheneum

The Endless Atheneum is the divine realm and inner sanctum of Ioun. It is a library of infinite proportions that is said to contain all the knowledge, lore, and prophecy of Astoria. The Atheneum exists in its own planar space among the Outer Planes, and the knowledge of how to enter its confines is a closely guarded secret known only to Ioun herself and those she deems trustworthy enough to allow into her inner sanctum.

Geography

The Endless Atheneum is an ever-changing, never-ending archive of knowledge from every land, race, religion, culture, etc. in Astoria. If it exists, information on it can be found here, so long as Ioun wills it to be found. No one enters the Atheneum without The Knowing Mistress's permission and knowledge, but should someone find themselves among its vast shelves without any idea of how to navigate them, they could easily become forever lost among the labyrinth of shelves that change and reorganize from one moment to the next.
