The Loki

Basic Information

Anatomy

The loki are both formless and shapeless - acting as a viscous liquid that typically follows gravitational directions. Appearing a slightly blue-ish liquid it is impossible to make out true shape of the organisms inside, nor does any form of detection work against these creatures.
Despite this, it appears to have a form of sentience, capable of forming structures and shapes of hardened material - whether it is the nests in which they reproduce, or other buildings in which they voluntarily contain themselves for the purposes of 'remote access.'

Genetics and Reproduction

By forming nests of hardened loki, it takes on a form of asexual reproduction to steadily increase it's volume. The process appears to have high requirements, as new nests are only rarely encountered.

Ecology and Habitats

Loki are only found inside derelect locations in which they have been specifically drawn to. Often with methods that prevent them from getting out as the havoc they are capable of causing when acting without restraint is unimagible.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Anything capable of generating Entropy or releases emanations of any form is 'consumable' to these creatures, and whilst they don't NEED to eat, they - for unknown reasons, are drawn to do so.

Behaviour

Incapable of communication, these creatures bring instant annhilation and death with them to those who linger too long in their presence.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Not much is known about their methods of perception except that they seem to be drawn to conceptual entropy,
