What the Cluck?

Over half a century had passed since the infamous Cluq’s Cock Confrontations Underground chicken fighting ring underwent a transformation, becoming the Clean Hands Clean Cocks Clean Fights underground chicken fighting arena. The longevity of the arena and its owner, Clean Hands, could be attributed to the adventurer Yushu Wae, who inadvertently granted him an extended lifespan when she recovered his hands and altered his body. Despite his cleaned-up act, Clean Hands faced numerous challenges throughout the arena’s lifespan, often relying on adventurers to handle these issues.

The Problem
Clean Hands, an astute businessman with a singular focus on improving the quality of his fights and fighters, hired special trainers to teach chickens martial and magical techniques. When his goblins started being killed by the chickens, he once again sought the help of adventurers, confident in their ability to solve the problem.   The Adventurers' Arrival
Upon arriving at the arena, the adventurers were required to temporarily surrender their weapons and tools for safety, a standard protocol for all visitors. However, hearing the ongoing disruption, Clean Hands ensured the adventurers were not deprived of their tools and directed them to the cellar where the troublesome chickens were kept.   The Arena Incident
Before heading to the cellar, the adventurers were intrigued by a fight in the arena: a massive chicken against several smaller chickens. Initially, they empowered the smaller chickens, putting the larger one at a disadvantage, but then they switched sides, empowering the larger chicken to win the fight. Given his newfound power, the large chicken attempted to escape, aiming to capture the world, while another chicken was quietly taken by Yukika Yaesano.   The Cellar Confrontation
In the cellar, the adventurers were beset by aggressive chickens. They used time manipulation, fire, and gas to subdue the chickens, ultimately roasting them. With the chickens quelled, the adventurers sought to understand the cause of the hostility. They converted one chicken into a book, which Aiko Di Wulfe examined, while Yukika beseeched the fallen chickens to empower their brethren, creating a legendary chicken of martial mastery.   The Curse Unveiled
The hostility of the chickens was traced back to a curse from a revenant—Cluq, the original owner, whose death at the hands of adventurers had led to Clean Hands taking over the business. Cluq's dark rage and numerous assassination attempts had plagued Clean Hands for decades. With the help of the adventurers, Clean Hands finally identified and destroyed his old nemesis, ending the curse.   Conclusion and Rewards With the curse lifted, Clean Hands rewarded the adventurers for their help. Aiko acquired her own massive chicken, whose criminal prowess would quietly start a shadowy business in Sedon. Clean Hands, now free of Cluq’s vengeful spirit, looked forward to continuing to improve his arena, secure in the knowledge that he could call upon powerful adventurers if needed.
