Bugul

The only independently sapient indigenous species of Asulon .
They have a mantoid-like appearance and are socially oriented to the extent they seem to have a "hive mind" and consider individualism and independence a form of insanity, unlike the Kattan who value such qualities. Needless to say, they tend to be at odds, in spite of the fact that the @Kattan are offshoots of the Bugul.
Both the Bugul and Kittan  are thought to be mythical, although many an-Sebban sebb use stories of them to scare younglings at night or into good behavior
