A large, heavy two-handed sword, meant for reach attacks in addition to up close fighting. Forged by the legendary blacksmith Weyland at the same time as making Kurt and Duerindal and the Archbishop tested them by seeing how far they could cut into a steel mound. "Kurt penetrated a hand's breadth but was notched, Almace penetrated a hand's breadth without damage, and Durendal penetrated half the length of a man's foot."
This weapon is considered magical and has a +3 to Attack and Damage rolls. In addition, when used in two hands it has a Reach of 10 ft.
