DalePact

The Dalelands also referred to as the Dales, is a collection of human-centric kingdoms, empires, and city-states. It comprises a loosely organized group of countries called dales that are as diverse as they were independent.
The Dale Pact is the signed agreement, recorded in stone, of all the current dales. In short, it states that they will aid each other in times of war or famine; that they will look out for their fellow man in times of great need against the greater threats of the race. The pact allows trade to commence through the human lands more easily than before and allows easy migration to new lands for families looking for fresh starts. The pact also bans militaristic wars between dales, while theological religious wars and trade wars are heavily discouraged though not banned under the terms of the pact.
