Dwarvish Digeridoo

This 6-ft didgeridoo is made of a yellow metal fondly used by the dwarves in items such as this instrument. It is covered in designs that would place it as a hill dwarf instrument.   Combat Instrument. When in combat this didgeridoo can also function as a +2 nonmagical quarterstaff. If you are proficient with quarterstaffs you become proficient with this didgeridoo and Visa-versa.
Any Bardic spells or illusion spells casted through this instrument have a +1 to their spell hit or DC save. If the spell is a healing spell or debuff spell like bane then add or subtract a +1 as needed. Eg. Healing word would become 1d4+1+spellcasting and Bane would subtract a total -1d4+1.
Proficiency with a quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
