This magical flute is carved from golden oak wood from the central court of the Summer Court of the Fey. It is said this flute and its player where blessed by the Queen of the Summer Court, as no creature could resist the flute or the players charm.Faerie Charm. While attunded to this item, the user looses any advantages or bonus to magic used by any Sylvan (Fey) creature tag, and has disadvantage against their charms and other magical effects. The attuned also fallows the orders of anyone who is in the Summer Court without hesitation, as the flute compels the attuned to appease its queen and master.
Giantkin are enraged by the presence of this magic item, and as a result, while attuned to this flute, all creatures with the "Giant" tag, including goliaths, have advantage on attack rolls made against you and advantage against spells or other magic effects produced by the flute.
While attuned to this item you suffer a curse of incompetence placed upon the Sylvan Flute. The attuned suffers a -2 to their Constitution score.
