Hunting the Arch Magus pt. 8 Report

General Summary

The party managed to save one of the necromancers from the Laconian revenants; he agreed to give up his soul stone in exchange for protection.  After the battle was finished the party turned the necromancer over to Dralin, who used his Eye of Krom to interrogate the prisoner.  
The necromancer revealed that he is part of the Order of Flame and Sigil, and that their leader is Professor Theodosius, who the party followed when they made the dead drop.  He also revealed that the Order believes Nikea is being oppressed by the Empire, who is in league with the Laconins to keep the elves enslaved and destroy the gift of arcane magic.  He also reveals that the group has recently made a powerful ally.  The necromancer doesn't know the details, but believes the ally is from the capital.
With the interrogation finished, the party fails to convicne Dralin to spare the necromancer's life and he is killed by one of the paladins.  Magda offers to revive him, but the party decides its best to save that spell for an emergency.
The next morning the party is approached by a man calling himself Charles, as well as the band saved from the clown dimension and several heroes from other universes.  Billy Bob has been chosen to fight in the Metalcoalypse.  Billy Bob agrees to this higher calling, recounts the party's adventures, and says his goodbyes.  He will be missed, but his memory will live on.
