Order of Flame and Sigil

A secret society dedicated to a free and independent Nikea.   The Order of the Flame and Sigil is extremely popular amongst students of the Arcanium, and has sympathizers within Nikea's high council.  
The organization has been blamed for vandalism and harassing Laconic mercenaries brought to Nikea by Grand Inquisitor Dralin Invictus, although the only definitive nuisances that can be tied to the group are a flood of leaflets in the Arcanium and several tavern brawls between students.
