Shipwrecked Pt. 4 Report

General Summary

The party found the gnoll encampment and fought a ferocious battle against the Flind, a demonic gnoll that seems to be behind the recent incursions.  The party managed to sneak into the camp at night and get the drop on the gnolls, quickly dispatching one of the hunters.  Elomira fell in the fighting, but was rescued by Mork and healed by Billy Bob.  Elomira made sure the Flind paid dearly for her injuries, and disintegrated him with a moonbeam.
While resting, Rayuuv was awakened from his trance by an arrow flying over his head.  A vaguely humanoid shape on top of the ravine made a lewd gesture in his direction and disappeared back into the woods.  The note read "we are coming for you - all of us," but Rayuuv could not convince the rest of the party to pursue his attacker into the woods.
While travelling further north the party came across what appears to be an ancient ruined temple.  Salem got a little too excited by the power emanating from the temple, and while the party debated what to do with him the feline disappeared into the temple.  The party briefly saw him standing on the summoning circle before disappearing.
In his place, a well dressed and well spoken demon appeared.  He locked the exits from the temple, and insisted on playing a game with the party.  Billy Bob could not resist the chance to take the golden fiddle from the demon, and agreed to a music contest.  If Billy Bob wins, he gets the fiddle.  If he loses, the demon gets the souls of the entire party.

Rewards Granted

The party received 1100 XP for defeating the Flind and eliminating the gnoll encampment.  Mork found a berserker charm with the symbol of the Babadook etched on it, giving him +1 AC while raging.  Elomira found a Staff of the Adder.  There were 200gp worth of jewlery and trinkets in the ruins.
