The Cheat

The Cheat is an average sized goblin who almost always appears in his leopard print armor and lion-eared helmet. He is much smarter than your average goblin (which isn’t saying much) and will attempt to filch anything shiny or valuable that crosses his path. He is the sidekick of the infamous “orc lord” Strong Bad and is the brains behind their operations, although Strong Bad takes all the credit for their success and blames The Cheat for their failures. Because of this, The Cheat is constantly scheming new and creative ways to embarrass his master. After one of Strong Bad’s schemes to steal treasure from a “sleeping” dragon went awry, The Cheat finds himself as a slave to Trogdor, the Red Dragon who delights in “burninating” all the human villages in the local area. Although The Cheat has no love for humans, he is not thrilled at the prospect of being a red dragon’s thrall for the rest of his life.

The Cheat is an accomplished percussionist and is known to host raves that drive his fellow goblins into a frenzy. Frenzied goblins are immune to fear until the first goblin in the encounter is slain and gain +1 to their attack. Once the first goblin is slain any goblins that are frenzied must make a DC12 save vs. will or flee in terror for three rounds or until calmed by one of their leaders. Goblins that make the save remain in a frenzied state until the next goblin is slain.

Known Languages

The Cheat understands common, elvish, and goblin, but speaks a unique subdialect of goblin called "Cheat."  Strong Bad understands him perfectly, although often chooses to ignore him.
