Vikrun

Vikrun was a bandit leader who ran a gang that terrorized the town of Bountyfair until he was killed by a group of adventurers.
His bandit gang operated out of an hillside structure in the Olfeg Forest that unbeknownst to them housed the tomb of Baldwin Hayward. For several years they caused trouble for the people of Bountyfair, causing trade to dry up in the area. At one point his gang even managed to kidnap town sheriff Wilford Cuspinham, holding him for ransom and torturing him for sport. Vikrun's reign of terror came to an end when he was killed by a passing group of adventurers.
