The Celestial Stratagem is a physical representation of the magic that governs the way the cosmos works, keeping the tapestry of reality firmly intact and orderly. For those who know how to read it, the Stratagem holds alluring secrets about anything you could imagine. However, this information comes at a cost. The workings of the Stratagem can shatter psyches if one looks for too long.

Manifestation

To the naked eye, the stratagem is visible in stunning detail in the sky. Unending intricacies can be discovered with telescopes. Golden threads of varying thicknesses form an intricate pattern of circles and lines, a monumental map of infinite stories and information. The more simple and well-known stories can be seen by most people, but the more complex ones, as well as the ones that are only visible through telescopes, are not always known by the general population.
Depending on the time, location, and circumstances of a person's birth, each member of the intelligent races is granted a gift from the universe, known as the the Celestial Boon.

Localization

The Stratagem is only visible at night in the Middle Realm, but it dominates the darkness of the Higher Realm at all times. It is never visible in the permanently bright sky of the Lower Realm.
