Turmoil Magic
Turmoil magic users channel energy originating from the Lower Realm in order to create spells. These spells tend to be violent and are typically used in combat situations.
Effect
The spells cast with turmoil magic can be highly unpredictable in nature. They typically channel energy imbued with the power of the elements and are often intended to cause another creature physical harm. Common ways of using turmoil magic include creating nodes of energy that explode upon being thrown, producing bolts directly from the hands, or fabricating things resembling elemental entities, which wreak havoc for a short period of time before disappearing back into nothingness. Casting the same turmoil spell twice may channel different energies and result in different outcomes.
Side/Secondary Effects
This type of magic is notoriously difficult to direct, which means that chaotic explosions of violent elemental energy are common in and around the area where turmoil spells are being cast.
