High Templar Tithian of Mericles

Born the second child of the Mericles household which bordered the Asticles estate, Tithian grew up a friend and classmate of Agis of Asticles at Tyr's School of Thought. Tithian would shirk tradition after graduating to join the Templarate, causing great stirs when she would later come into her family estate when her older brother died of mysterious circumstances.  Tithian's ambitions caused her to quickly rise to the ranks of High Templar of the King's Works through her own political maneuvering as well as to the consistent wins of her first-rate gladiators.  More recently Tithian rose to also attain High Templar of the Kings work whose task it is to complete the work on Kalak's Great Ziggurat. 
Keshar was able to quite easily pilfer plans of the Ziggurat as well as track Tithian to a secret chamber underneath the structure in which Kalak cryptically told Tithian to find a way to keep the doors of the great stadium locked during the Ziggurat Games.
