Kaldras

An Elven Peddler, trader, bard, and Defiler whom the Sandborn first encountered in the Desert with his family of Mountain Dancers. As the two groups were both heading towards the fortified town of Altaruk. This help was rewarded with Kaldras and his siblings attempting to sell the party into slavery, though the party was able to fight off the Mountain Dancers and prove themselves in a trial by combat.  The party then encountered Kaldras on their journey to Fort Butcher and "persuaded" him to lead him to the stronghold, saving the tribal chieftain's daughter Tourgetant from Gith along the way.  Kaldras aided the party in Tourgetant's scheme, providing the Midnights Tears that gave the party the needed edge in their trial against Tuga Dai.  As the party saved the Sun Priest Caelum and the Druid Pat-tik-cha, the Elven defiler was beaten brutally by the Dwarven cleric in his rage as the party gave half hearted protests
