Even with a missing fight hand and without eyes to see he is very powerful/strong.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
During a fight against Torog he lost his right hand and eyes. Because of this the goddess Helm was born from his eyes and hand. Tyr, after this battle, set his sights on eventually getting justice by killing or banishing Torog back to his realm.
Morality & Philosophy
Tyr was strong-spirited and noble. He was considered the bravest and the most honorable of all the Aesir of the Norse pantheon. He was primarily concerned with the punishment of wrong-doers and the general furthering of law and good in the world. Tyr hated duplicity, trickery, rule-breaking, and wanton destruction.
