Jelly of Determinism

The Jelly of Determinism was discovered by Orcish explorer Lurg Durz in the year 6551, just before the end of the First Age, in the city of New J'lle .
The Jelly grew to the size of a building. Eventually, revealing itself to have sentience and knowledge. A religion sprung up around it. For the most part it stayed out of world affairs - opting to help the citizens of New J'elle to determine small but important matters.

In 731CE around the month of Frozenary, the J.O.D. slipped the entire city of New Jalorcport into the Veil.
