John-Peter Franklin
John-Peter Franklin serves at the Bishop of Savannah. He was born in Dayton, Ohio and attended seminary at Our Lady of Sorrows in Arkham, Mass. After serving as a diocesan priest in various parishes across the United States he spent 12 years working in the Curia as a member of the Sacred Congregation for Rites.
He was installed as Bishop of Savannah by His Eminence, Cardinal William Henry O'Connell, Archbishop of Boston on April 1st, 1920 as part of the Maundy Thursday service at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Savannah.
