Galora

Galora is one of the 'New Kings', a group of independently operating beings who's goals very from member to member. Galora, the Lady of Whispers is a dangerous lich who was sealed in the stars after attempting to rise to godhood. She would eventually become briefly released by the Oranda during an experiment, kickstarting the Age of Conduct.
