The Meridian Accord

The Meridian Accord is a corporathatic government in eastern Heimstadt that lead by the Trade Council, an assembly made up of 3 business moguls that operate out of the 3 ports that span across the eastern coast of the continent. The accord was struck 10 years ago after Portgas, Southport, and Port Vithune found themselves clashing both financially and physically among the shippers and merchants who were associated with theirr respective cities.
