Description and placement

Every Atocites has their own building dedicated purely to Strategist.
This building houses all the maps of Atocitera that the specific Atocite posses. Being readily available for Strategist to plan their next Raids.
The Strategists hall is often chosen to be in the middle of the Atocite. Thanks to this placement, the building is easily reached from all corners of the Atocite.
The Strategist hall is off limits, accessible only under supervision of Planner or recognized Strategist.
For educational purposes, Atocites have libraries that contains usually the same material as the Strategist halls.
The reason for the Strategist hall being closed is because the tables there contain plans that may still be in motion, uninformed people could therefore mess up the future strategy and put the lives of Raiders in dangerous situations.

Equipment and Use

Apart from all sorts of maps, the Strategist halls contain a multitude of miniatures carved into wood or stone. These are constantly in use as Strategists do their necessary planning.  Miniatures are able to show migrations as well as nests, all reported by Observants.
Any time a Strategist wishes to prepare for an upcoming Raid, they can get a table for themselves, pick a map of the next area that will be raided, and get to planning. Using scrolls, tomes, and miniatures to prepare.
In the cases the next area will be way too dangerous for one team, the big table in the middle of the room is used, and Planners are called to consult the necessary risk. All the while the participating Raiders are watching from the second floor in silence.

Architecture

The architecture of the Strategist halls is the very same as the building of the specific Atocites, with only a few slight decorations to make the building noticeable.
Apart from a sturdy locked door, the requirement for the building to be used as a Strategist hall is a sizable internal place.
Some halls are even grown to contain a second floor, from which the raiding groups can watch their leaders create plans for Raids.
