Farmers Union

Halflings all belong to the Farmers Union.  Each settlement has its own Union Branch.   Very well organized, almost to a fault.  they have tinker gnomes that keep logs for them.  Prices are standardized so one will pay the same for 1 pound of grain anywhere they have a Market.
