Ministry of Guilds

Sells votes and licenses to operate various sized establishments and orginizations.
For a Fee of 500,000 Gold Dars one can have a formal Guild that gains a seat upon the privy trade council. Currently The Guilds are those of Goat, Sheep, Yak, Shields, Cheese-Sharp, Cheese-Mild and Organizations exist.
For a Fee of 250,000 Gold Dars one can have an organization, which allows one to own more then a 200 pace square of land within town.  Does not grant voting rights, but does grant legal protection from competition for trademarks.  Currently the Organizations are those of Wagons, Vinting, Wheels.
There is a grand library where many books are located, multiple languages.. some still unknown and cataloged.  The traders will take books in exchange of other goods..
