Som Braosa - Sisters on a Mission
Som's mission is all she has ever known, to serve her kingdom. She was raised at headquarters, trained since childhood, learning how to scout, how to infiltrate, how to hide, and how to survive. She built up skills and came to know her sisters better than anyone else. Their strengths and weaknesses, their loves and losses. She would do anything for her sisters, but the mission always came first.
Masta was the smart one, always thinking ahead, always having a plan and contingencies. She was crafty with magic and mechanisms, always producing the right gadget at the right time.
Vigne was the beautiful one. She could talk her way out of--and into--any situation. She could work wonders with her bow, but her honeyed words made sure she didn't need to.
Nyatoth was... not subtle. She liked to break things. Doors, furniture, bones, and the will of her enemies. Loyal to her sisters, she could be pointed in a direction and would leave rubble in her wake.
Som was the youngest, trying to learn from her sisters, finding her own strengths. She was the quiet one. She could sit still and learn so much just by watching. It made it easy to spot her mark. It made it easy to kill... when the team needed it, of course.
Tajiin was the leader. She had succeeded on many assignments with her own team before ascending in rank and taking on her own team. She gave guidance and harsh criticism, told stories of her assignments, and kept the team on track. She received all instructions from headquarters and showed the team how to make a good plan, and how to survive when everything fell apart.
Together, they completed and complemented each other, both during and outside of the mission. As different as they all were, they loved each other without hesitation and without fail. They all understood the importance of the mission, but their family was something concrete and always present. The family was the true foundation.
Headquarters said their team was the most promising. They would be getting the best assignments, but they never said how many other teams were out there. Maybe they said the same thing to every team?
After years of training, at last, the team was ready to go behind enemy lines. Under Tajiin's leadership, they would be victorious for their kingdom!
