Brown Wolves Bandits

A large and organised group of bandits that call themselves the "brown wolves".
They operate near Skullsea and other villages around that area.
This group of bandits survives by ambushing merchant caravans, travellers and intimidating the settlements nearby into paying a "protection fee". Though this protection fee is nothing short of robbery.
