She was always a determined girl, being interested in learning etiquette to speak to great nobles one day for when she leaves the family farm.
Miranda also used to have a knack for sewing and patching up clothes, as well as convincing her father to spar with the sword with her and brother Daron for fun.
She taught Daron etiquette and patched up his clothes, in return she wanted help with some other kids that kept bullying her and Amanda. It was a deal between siblings that worked well for them.

Personal history
She had a peaceful life in the family farm near Serinapool, until one day a demon attacked, killed her father, destroyed the farm and kidnapped her, her sister Amanda and her mother Ingrid.
After being saved by Daron from the clutches of the cultists serving this demon, she stayed in Serinapool for a bit, waiting for her mother to be saved who was still missing until dragons came and destroyed the town. Her mother Ingrid was saved by Daron, however the town was in ruins when the two arrived. Miranda and Amanda were buried under rubble in the town, they eventually got dug out by the remains of the town guard.
She survived, Amanda however was too injured and passed away.
Not having much time to grieve, Miranda and her mother Ingrid quickly made their way up north to the town of Acott to seek refuge with her wealthy uncle Alric.
After not having heard from Daron for a long time, Miranda stubbornly decided to convince Alric to buy her a weapon and a suit of armour so that she can join the army that is rumoured to be sent to near Serinapool to reclaim the lands so that she may look for her brother Daron and help reclaim her home from the clutches of evil.
Her mother Ingrid of course was against the idea but Miranda didn't care, she managed to convince Alric and went on her way. She joined the paladin army that was heading to Serinapool. In early June of 1004 the army she was in clashed against lizardmen and orcs in the area, she fought till exhaustion broke her but survived the battle thanks to the sparring she did with her father and her brother. She found Daron and joined him on his journey. Together with him and his companions, she helped defeat the dragon Pandrador. She returned to Acott with her brother Daron, however an angry mob was riled up by someone and motivated to lynch him. In an effort to save him and figure out who was behind it, she herself got caught up in it and swiftly hung on the gallows by this mob. Her brother, after escaping the town at first returned a few moments later for an unknown reason and quickly got caught by the mob who then also hung him right next to Miranda.
