Red cap

A mushroom with a red cap. Extremely poisonous. The mushroom is very soft, some adventurers have been poisoned by merely trying to pick it up when they accidentally squished the mushroom and got the poisonous juices onto their hand which then quickly entered the blood stream through the skin.
