Ros Plowman is the dockmaster of the Forsingtuna port.
With a rough demeanour and a no nonsense attitude he oversees the day to day operations.

He took over the job of dockmaster from his father, who took over the job from his father and so on. Ros has a son called Jacob born in 992 who will one day take over from him.
