The shield of family Dawne

The shield is made of steel and is decorated with bands of bronze. The shield can help block any offensive type of magic that does not affect the mind.
Ever since its construction it has been an important symbol to the people of Danevin.

History

Built originally in 113 and enchanted with magic in the same year for the king of Danevin.
Ever since its construction it has been used as the symbol of Danevin and over the many years was used during missions defending Danevin and its people.

In the year of 651 it went missing along with the king of Danevin, there have been rumours of it appearing in various parts of the kingdom for decades but most of these rumours turned out to be false while others were never investigated.
In 937, the baron Darius Dawne heard about the shield having been sighted in the south of Danevin and went to search for it. Darius Dawne went missing and never heard from again.
In March of 1003, it was located in an old crypt in The Cursed Forest. It was then recovered by an adventurer and delivered to the baron of Norevin, Manwin Dawne.
