The founding of the Wizards Council

Founding

The day the Wizards Council was founded.

In the year 315, several powerful wizards from all over the world got together and discussed the future of magic and its users.   They decided to form a council that is dedicated to creating new spells to help world and discuss changes in the world of magic. One other function this council has is to make sure there is a body of magic users to make sure the magic that is being used in the world does not bring about the end of the world or civilisation as we know it.
