The ancient gold dragon that has claimed rosilia after the fall of rose. The drow who lives in the city is super fucking confused how this happened. Most blamed Miz.
Cambian Chambers-Delare (Tiefling, Teleportation Wizard - Rosilia)
The eldest son of Clan Chambers, Cambian is a vagabond and a rogue, the black sheep. Fleeing home on account of sleeping with a lady whose father became upset, it took meeting - and getting shot by - Serenity to settle him, and the pair are disgustingly happily married. A member of the Rosilian Resistance with Miz'ri, he generally helps the rebels be wherever they're not meant to be and has single handedly increased the sale of anti-teleporation spells in the city by 60%.
Serenity Chambers-Delare (Dhampir, Gunslinger - Rosilia)
A gunslinger associated with the slave rebellions and sister of Malachai, Serenity encountered Cambian on a job and, one thing leading to another, shot him. In the ass. A fact she reminds her now husband of regularly, when he starts to misbehave - there wedding vows not including not shooting him. Now the mother to the triplets, this has not stopped her taking jobs.
Malachai Von Nordheim (Elder Vampire, 'Club' Owner)
The vampire Malachai runs Adira Valdas, the only brothel in Rosilia that employs free workers. He is the older brother of Serenity and uncle to the triplets. Rumour has it that some of the Council are not thrilled with his use of free, paid works, while others find the idea 'exotic.'
The Triplets (Half-Dhampir, Half-Tiefling, All Trouble)
The three small children of Serenity and Cambian, they are noted for terrorizing there now exhausted father and behaving - mostly - for their mother. They are called Aqua Chambers-Delare, Ivan Chambers-Delare and Cambian Chambers-Delare Junior. They are all recently graduated from Acme
Dr Lily White (Psychic Monk - Rosilia - Dandelion Asylum)
She is one of the rare and desperately needed therapist who specializes in treating adventurers. She is a Svirfneblin who was once a slave for the drow but being a powerful person she escaped. She always cared deeply for others and adventurers tend to be the hard cases. Her glasses can’t stay on her nose very well and needs to fixed constantly. She runs the Dandelion Asylum on top of going to meet up with adventurers to help them with the many problems that will show up after years of adventuring.
Alicia of House Cormrael (Councilor of Finance and Wealth)
The younger sister of fellow Councilor Inlara, but doesn't seem to take her position seriously and tends to only show up to functions and events that directly affect her.
Catherine of House Iymvyll (Councilor of Entertainment and Culture)
It is, perhaps, not too shocking to any that the prominent figure in both entertainment and culture for Rosilia is part of a house that openly worships the Lord of Pain, Zon-Kuthon.
Inlara Barrier of House Cormreael (Councilor of Military and Defence)
Ruthless and effective, with deep ties to both the undead and slave trade, and noted for her military mind.
Jonathan of House Zeerith Ssambra (Councilor of Foriegn Policy and Affairs)
As heir to a house known for only producing males, Jonathan's position is theoretically tenuous. Clever use of his positions and ties to the outside has seen him rise significantly in power, leaving him in a position of some authority, despite the conservative, matriarchally inclined Councillors he serves with.
Vivian Chaulssin of House Chaulssin (Councilor of Education and Law)
Publicly known as a devout adherent of Pharasma and one of the few voices against the undead, there are rumours Vivian may not be quite as she seems...
