Trapped in an endless endeavor
Starving artists erode away
Desire and dreams lead astray
The fool forgets about his flaw
The king reigns with resolute law
Life and death present their duet
Before you can die you must pay your debt
The silenced sing their perfect song
For the voiceless can do no wrong
Speechless in the presence of truth
Revealed by the enlightened youth
The scythe which harvests all your grain
Comes to relieve you of your pain
Both dawn and dusk harbor nightmares
Era approaches without heirs
