Shrieking Dagger

This is a stiletto dagger that has a triangular blade that spirals as it narrows. It has three radial quillions, a spiral fluted handle, and a pommel of dark jade carved in the likeness of a screaming woman.

The weapon is a +1 dagger but gains an additional +2 to hit against opponents wearing heavy armor. On a hit, the target takes an additional 2 (1d4) psychic damage.
If the attacker rolls a natural 20 on the attack, the target must make a DC 14 Wisdom Save or be affected as if the target of Phantasmal Killer. While affected, the target screams uncontrollably. The attacker does not need to concentrate on this effect.
