War of the Howling Shore

For months the Salt Reavers attacked tradeships and private vessels alike. Though they were a nuisance, it was waved off as one of the dangers of coastal life. Its when they started raiding and pillaging the villages and settlements along the Howling Shore, that the situation truly escalated. With the razing of Saltwall, a call went out to all of the local lords for help.
Many of those lords sent what soldiers they could to aid. Among them, Lord Sleora "The Sea Wolf" from the budding city of Telarus sent nearly all his forces. Additionally, some larger merchant vessels in Allonar were fitted with weapons and armaments, they were dispatched in attempt to aid.

In the months before an all out war began, the Salt Reavers began attacking villages and settlements along the Howling Shore's coast. Sinking trade ships and private vessels alike, the Salt Reavers pillaged anything they could.
