Following the War of the Howling Shore, the Kingdom of Sleora was founded and Telarus was crowned its capitol.
Following the War of the Howling Shore, 8 years after the founding of Telarus in the year 145 FOS, Arthur Sleoran was crowned king. Having defended his people from the Salt Reavers and their Sea Creatures, the smallfolke rallied to his side, calling for him to be named as king.
After the war he returned to Telarus and there a coronation was set and construction of Shardstone Keep began. With the construction of a royal keep underway, Telarus was marked as the Kingdom's capitol.
