Episode 44: Down the River Report

General Summary

Our heroes landed in the Sinkhole, blasting fast down the underground water system. They came across an old dwarven storehouse. While the party was looking for a moment to rest. Oceanus and Tailiya decided to scout ahead. Ignoring the black ceiling of the interior of the storehouse. Tailiya was ambushed by a black pudding! It did not turn out well, as slashes of her sword did not go well as the pudding began to multiple and devour her. Her party rushed to save the day, and with excellent teamwork and risks they saved their teammates. However Tailiya decided to use Umbra to fight these creatures... Umbra requires intelligent prey and was denied by the slimy brainless ooze. Umbra attempted to control Tailiya and was determined to get it's desire. Tailiya was able to dig deep into her monk training and through stillness of mind she was able to keep control of herself. Umbra respected her skill but would make it harder next time if she makes the same mistake again.
