When you use your Second Wind feature, you may also gain temporary hit poins equal to 1d6 + your Constitution modifier.
Starting at 3rd level, you've trained in reducing damage to an insignificant amount. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to reduce it by 1d10 + your Constitution modifier + your Fighter level. If you reduce the damage to 0, you can make one melee attack with advantage as part of the same reaction.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Upon taking a short or long rest, you gain temporary hit points equal to your fighter level.
You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity.
You may sacrifice your defenses to toughen your resolve. As an action, you may sacrifice your armor class to gain temporary hit points. For every 2 armor class you sacrifice, roll a d12 and gain the result as temporary hit points. You can do this for up to 5d12 temporary hit points. Once your temporary hit points from this ability run out, your Armor class returns to normal. You can use this ability twice per long rest.
Upon using your Second Wind or Action Surge features, all allies within 30 feet of you gain your fighter level in temporary hit points. You may use this ability once per short rest.
Once per turn, upon hitting with a melee attack roll, you may use this ability (no action required) to deal as much damage as you have temporary hit points.
You may use this ability 3 times per long rest.
