Contains the Tideless Sea, a vast artificial sea that's perpetually calm, a contradiction to Theros' stormy seas.

This was the result of a pact made by the first warrior of Theros, a sea priestess, with the sea gods.

It's a symbol of peace and tranquility amidst the trials and tribulations faced by the warriors.
