Firehandrand vines
Firehandrand vines are extremely rare and valuable plants but are never sold. They are valuable due to the fact that no one has ever successfully domesticated them so can only be harvested when they are found in the wild. It is said that they grow best in silence but it is impossible to tell as if you try to watch or take care of a live vine, under surveillance they wither and start to die. Medical supplies harvested from anything living can not be sold as the sacrifice was not of the seller, so any part of the firehandrant plant is given to travelers, doctors or patients who require them. Often found spiraling up the trunk of apple trees or sometimes birch trees they seem to thrive in dappled shade and the climate doesn't seem to affect them sometimes, they are found in human cities, hidden from the public eye. Interestingly, unlike most vines that rest on trees as parasites, trees with firehandrant seem to be healthier than those around, and the leaves of the tree may have a slight tint of whatever color the vine is.
Physical Appearance
When seen in the wild, the vines can be any color though always greyish tones and the vines themselves are covered in leaves attached to the vine in a way that looks like scales. They look a little like slightly frayed rope as each individual is made up only one mane vine with tiny spouts all over to hold on to whatever tree they are resting on.Basic Information
