The Technocratic Authority
For the sake of peace, justice, longevity, & prosperity for the common folk of Aurum, we do hereby propose the unification of all Guilds under the banner of One Authority & One Future for all Kith & Kin.The Technocratic Authority is a supranational republic composed of the Council of Guilds, founded in the wake of the Centuries War. Every officiated Guild in Aurum appoints a single Guild Representative to the Council.
The Council of Guilds enacts laws through tri-annual legislative votes. Every Councilor possesses a single vote and is entitled to call for an official delegation no more than once at each hearing. In order for an appeal, law, or guild to be approved, a Majority of the actively voting Council must endorse it.
Structure
The appointed Representatives of every Guild compose the Council of Guilds, who together hold the supreme authority over the law.

Demography and Population
Approximately 112 million people live in the Bastion Cities under Authority law. Survivors outside the walls cannot be accounted for.
Territories
Styx, Acheron, Cocytus, and Lethe (the four realms that surround the Hadean sea) are entirely under Authority rule.
