The Stratocropolis

The Stratocropolis is a traveling Cloud Giant city suspended on a foundation of low-hanging clouds. It migrates along the coast of western Auvia.

The Cloud Giants of the Stratocropolis are legendary for providing boons to those their city passes by, but simultaneously are notorious for demanding services in return, often at far steeper prices than one would expect. The Giants see themselves as noble patrons, giving good will to the subservient races who are beneath them (both literally and figuratively).
