Izar Dragon Eye (I-zar-Dra-gon-i)

The Dragon Eye are the royal families intelligence agency, they are the eyes of the dragon that spy and watch over everything. There spies are chosen for their mysterious ways of being able to have "5000 different faces" and their ability to blend in with anyone from anywhere, they have been known to use myserious items such as Soul Stones, which are magical sending stones that instead of being able to talk through them if you touch someone with it their soul will be bound to it, and if you simply crush it, they're soul will explode causing their physical body to explode from their soul being crushed. There is no limit on how far they can be used, just many people know them as dangerous and if you see someone with one to run for your life as that person with a soul stone may take it without your will.
